Fabian is the face of our content production. He develops creative ideas, writes scripts and produces Reels and video content that make businesses visible on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
He knows how modern platforms work from daily practice and communicates confidently in English – for international clients and English-language content.

Rafael Schmiel started his own business at just 18 years old.
One of his first major projects was the complete translation of SHD's software solutions in Andernach from German into Polish – including every user interface, operating instructions and manual.
Even then, technology, digitalisation and practical solutions were at the heart of his work.
More than 30 years later, Fabian Schmiel – also at the age of 18 – founded Schmiel Consulting together with his father.
Today, Schmiel Consulting combines decades of hands-on experience with modern technology, artificial intelligence, online marketing and clear strategies for businesses.
